Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Education:
  • Grade 12 (Matric) with Core Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
  • Minimum 50% pass in 1st Language English
• Experience: 6–12 months in a call centre or client-facing role preferred
• 🇿🇦 Eligibility:
  • South African citizen aged 18–35
  • Currently unemployed and not enrolled in another learnership or formal studies
• Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email
  • Typing speed of 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Strong systems navigation skills
• Attributes:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (neutral accent)
  • Passionate, adaptable, and eager to learn
