Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Core Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- Minimum 50% pass in 1st Language English
- Experience: 6–12 months in a call centre or client-facing role preferred
- 🇿🇦 Eligibility:
- South African citizen aged 18–35
- Currently unemployed and not enrolled in another learnership or formal studies
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and email
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Strong systems navigation skills
- Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication (neutral accent)
- Passionate, adaptable, and eager to learn
