This opportunity is designed for graduates with Degrees, Diplomas, or TVET qualifications who want to kick-start their careers in the FMCG and supply chain sector.

This 12-month graduate programme (and 18-month TVET internship) provides hands-on learning, mentorship, and workplace exposure to prepare young professionals for future leadership roles in the retail industry.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for Pepkor Lifestyle Graduate, applicants must meet the following:

• South African Citizen with valid SA ID
• Unemployed at the time of application
• Under the age of 32
• Completed one of the following qualifications:
  • Business Management / Business Administration
  • Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
  • BCom Financial Management
  • BSc / BCom Software Engineering
  • IT Project Administration / Project Management
  • IT Information Systems / Business Information Technology
  • TVET College graduates completing their 18-month practical
