Job Purpose (Sales Learner Jobs )

As a Sales Learner, you will support the sales team with lead generation, client engagement, research, data management, and administrative support. This role plays a key part in executing sales campaigns and improving efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with lead generation through cold calling, scheduling meetings, and client follow-ups.
• Conduct market research on clients, competitors, and industry trends.
• Manage client and sales data in Excel and CRM systems.
• Prepare professional reports, presentations, and emails.
• Support sales campaigns with planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Use digital tools and AI-based platforms to streamline sales processes.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• National Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.

Experience

• Experience in a Contact Centre, Sales, or Sales Administration (advantageous).

Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in digital tools, AI platforms, and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with online research techniques and accurate data entry.
