Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Tertiary qualification (completed or in progress) in:
  • Sales
  • Marketing
  • Business
  • Administration (advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly) and digital planning apps (e.g., Trello, Notion)
• Quick learner and tech-savvy
• Strong communication (written & verbal)
• Excellent organisational & admin skills
• Team player with a proactive mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Contact: Assist in cold calling, scheduling meetings, and following up with clients.
• Market Research: Gather information on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
• Sales Data Management: Update records using Excel and CRM tools.
• Admin & Presentations: Prepare emails, reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Campaign Support: Help plan, execute, and monitor sales campaigns.
• Office & Tech Tools: Use AI and digital platforms to streamline tasks and support daily operations.
