Start Your Career with the Sanlam Learnership Programme

Are you between 18 and 35, eager to work in finance but lacking experience? Sanlam Corporate offers a 12-month Learnership Programme that combines workplace training with an accredited national qualification in Wealth Management (NQF Level 4).

This learnership provides a gateway into Sanlam’s Youth Empowerment Programme (YEP), and high-performing candidates may be permanently employed.

What Sanlam Learnership Offers:

• 12-month fixed-term contract
• Accredited national qualification
• Monthly stipend + study support
• Workplace experience with one of SA’s top financial service providers
• On-the-job training, assessments, and mentorship
• A Portfolio of Evidence and logbook submissions
• Pipeline into full-time junior roles

Minimum Requirements:

• South African citizen (with valid ID)
• Age 18–35
• Not employed or studying full-time
• No tertiary qualification
• Passed Grade 12 with:
  • English: 50% or more
  • Maths / Maths Lit / Accounting: 50% or more
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Committed to completing the full 12-month programme
• Access to reliable transport

Key Timelines:
