Armscor invites graduates to apply for the 2026 Talent and Development Programme (TDP) on a 24-month fixed-term contract.

This programme is designed to equip graduates with workplace exposure, structured learning, and industry-relevant skills to enhance job readiness and professional growth.

About the Armscor Talent and Development Programme

The Armscor Talent and Development Programme 2026 aims to:

• Provide practical workplace exposure
• Develop technical and professional skills
• Enhance graduate employability
• Offer structured on-the-job training

No prior work experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates.

Fields of Study Accepted

Graduates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

• Diploma / BEng in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Diploma / BSc Eng. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Diploma / BSc Eng. in Electrical Engineering
• BSc in Geoinformatics / Geospatial Studies
• Diploma / BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, Software Engineering or Development

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Armscor Talent and Development Programme 2026, applicants must:

• Be a South African citizen
• Be 35 years old or younger
• Be willing to relocate
• Have a clear criminal record
• Have completed one of the listed qualifications

Experience

• No prior experience required
• Structured on-the-job training will be provided

Required Supporting Documents

Applicants must submit certified copies of:

• Matric Certificate
• Academic Transcript or Graduation Letter
• South African ID copy

Stipend

A market-related monthly stipend will be paid, based on the level of qualification.
