Technical Learner Programme Purpose
The WIL Trainee Programme aims to:

Key Responsibilities
Task Execution
- Assist in departmental projects
- Perform routine operational tasks under supervision
- Support administrative duties, documentation, and reporting
Learning & Development
- Attend training sessions and workshops
- Shadow experienced professionals
- Participate in problem-solving activities
Communication & Collaboration
- Engage with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
- Provide updates on project progress
- Act as a central contact point for assigned tasks
Compliance & Safety
- Follow company policies and safety regulations
- Maintain ethical and professional standards
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity
Research & Analysis
- Conduct research and data collection
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office
- Support process improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
To qualify for the Work Integrated Non-Technical Learner Programme, applicants must:
- Have a Matric certificate (or equivalent)
- Hold an N6 in Transport & Logistics or Business Management
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 – 35 years old
- Have no bursary obligation with another company
- Provide certified copies of:

- TVET College Experiential Learning Letter
