Warehouse Learner Purpose

The Warehouse Learner programme aims to provide workplace experience and skills development in warehouse and distribution operations, including training, mentorship, and technical exposure.

Participants will gain experience in:

• Warehouse operations
• Inventory control
• Quality management
• Logistics documentation

Key Responsibilities

Successful learners will assist with:

Warehouse Operations

• Receiving and inspecting stock deliveries
• Applying FIFO inventory management principles
• Picking and packing customer orders

Distribution & Quality Control

• Preparing shipments
• Completing shipping documentation
• Supporting quality control processes

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• National Senior Certificate (NSC / Matric)

Added Advantages

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, or Logistics

Skills and Competencies
