Key Responsibilities

As a YES Intern Planner, you will gain hands-on experience in retail planning and analytics, including:

• Conducting market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of retail trends
• Collaborating with the buying team to support product selection decisions
• Analysing sales data and customer feedback to guide planning strategies
• Contributing innovative ideas to improve product offerings and performance
• Supporting planning activities through structured analysis and reporting
• Leveraging new technologies to improve productivity and problem-solving

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this YES Intern Planner, you must have:

• A relevant diploma or degree in:
  • Finance
  • Statistics
  • Mathematics
  • Accounting
  • Economics or a related field
• A strong interest in pursuing a career as a Retail Planner
• Eligibility to participate in the YES Programme
