Key Responsibilities

As part of our dynamic production team, your daily duties as a Bread Packer will include:

• Packing bread products accurately and according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Meeting full and on-time daily packing and bulk plan targets
• Maintaining the integrity and freshness of all packed products
• Upholding hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in all work areas
• Assisting in housekeeping and ensuring clean, organized packing stations
• Following production schedules and ensuring minimal waste
• Reporting any packing or quality issues to the production supervisor
• Participating in planned maintenance and continuous improvement activities
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene policies at all times

Minimum Requirements for a Bread Packer

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
• Prior production or packing experience is advantageous
