Key Responsibilities
During the learnership, participants will be exposed to a variety of administrative and customer service functions, including:
- Performing general office administration such as filing, record-keeping, and data capturing.
- Preparing professional documents, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Managing email correspondence, telephone calls, and in-person interactions.
- Providing first-line customer service support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Capturing client information accurately while handling calls.
- Assisting clients with financial and legal queries in line with company policies.
- Conducting post-installation testing and technical support for Tracker units.
- Maintaining high customer service standards in a pressurised environment.
- Ensuring adherence to schedules and SLA targets.
- Participating in theoretical training sessions once a week.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants for Business Administration Services Learnership must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizen, aged 18–35, with a valid ID.
- No criminal record.
- Matric Certificate with a Level 4/D symbol in English and Level 3/E in Mathematics or Maths Literacy.
- Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any studies.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
