This programme offers hands-on training, workplace exposure, and nationally recognized artisan qualifications in electrical and boilermaker trades, giving graduates and learners a strong start in the mining industry.

- Learnership Electrician: 1 position
- Learnership Boilermaker Plater: 2 positions

Minimum Entry Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Educational Requirements:
- Matric with Mathematics (not Math Literacy), Physical Science, and English (min. 40% each), OR
- N2 or higher with all subjects as per specific trade requirements:
- Boilermaker Plater: Plating & Structural Steelwork, Welders Theory, Drawings
- Electrical: Electrical Trade Theory, Electrotechnology, Industrial Electronics, Engineering Drawings
- NCV Level 4 in appropriate trade (min. 40% pass in all subjects)
Additional Requirements:
- South African ID
- CV and certified copies of relevant qualifications
- Proof of residence for applicants from host communities (tribal office or municipality stamp)
Preference will be given to candidates from host communities.
