PPC is offering an exciting Engineering Learnership opportunity for aspiring Fitters and Turners. This development programme combines both theoretical and practical training under the guidance of experienced professionals. The ideal candidates are motivated, eager to learn, technically inclined, and committed to excellence in the engineering field.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science.
• N3 qualification with the following subjects:
  • Fitting & Turning Trade Theory
  • Mathematics
  • Engineering Science
  • Engineering Drawings
• Willingness to work overtime and assist with additional tasks.
• A valid driver’s licence (advantageous).
• Basic computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities

As a learner, you will:

• Participate in both theoretical and practical training.
• Deliver excellent customer service when required.
• Adhere to Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the workplace.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
