What You’ll Learn and Do

- Gain practical exposure to chemical plant operations, equipment, and processes
- Rotate between different functions based on team needs
- Work with process engineers to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Undertake assignments, process investigations, and improvement projects
- Complete projects, studies, and simulations to support technical operations
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- BTech, BEng, or BSc in Chemical Engineering
- Exposure to chemical operations or manufacturing environment (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and interact with employees at all levels
