What You’ll Learn and Do

• Gain practical exposure to chemical plant operations, equipment, and processes
• Rotate between different functions based on team needs
• Work with process engineers to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Undertake assignments, process investigations, and improvement projects
• Complete projects, studies, and simulations to support technical operations

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BTech, BEng, or BSc in Chemical Engineering
• Exposure to chemical operations or manufacturing environment (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and interact with employees at all levels
