Key Purpose of the Learnership

This learnership combines structured learning with on-the-job training to:

• Develop practical skills and industry knowledge
• Build confidence in performing Quality Assurance roles within The Service Lab (SLAB)
• Prepare learners for future roles in the financial services sector

Responsibilities

• Participate in practical, on-the-job training
• Engage in structured learning sessions and assessments
• Support the team in delivering accurate and quality outcomes
• Learn to perform quality assurance functions within SLAB

Education & Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
• Minimum academic requirements:
  • Maths: Level 4 (50%) OR Maths Literacy: Level 5 (60%)
  • English: Level 4 (50%)
  • Second language: Level 4 (50%)
• May have an incomplete tertiary qualification (advantageous)
• Must:
  • Be between 18–25 years old
  • Not be engaged in post-matric studies or formal employment
  • Not have completed any previous learnership
  • Have effective written and verbal English communication skills
  • Possess basic computer skills (MS Excel & Outlook)
