Minimum Requirements for Grants Review Contract
Applicants must possess:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Key Responsibilities
Beneficiary Reviews
- Conduct beneficiary screenings
- Complete manual grant review applications
- Verify supporting documents and information
- Perform file reviews and validations
Customer Service Support
- Assist beneficiaries at service points
- Direct clients to relevant service cubicles
- Support frail, elderly, and immobile beneficiaries
- Conduct home visit reviews when required
Mobile Outreach Operations
- Participate in mobile review campaigns
- Assist with community hall review events
- Provide services in remote and underserved communities
Data Capturing and Administration
- Update beneficiary records on the SOCPEN system
- Capture grant information accurately
- Maintain beneficiary databases
- Scan and index supporting documents
Compliance and Reporting
- Identify cases requiring suspension or investigation
- Support overpayment recovery processes
- Prepare review reports
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
