Position Overview (Handyman x2)

We are seeking two skilled Handymen to maintain and manage the interior and exterior of our client buildings. You will assist the Facilities Manager and support the operations team to ensure high standards of safety, efficiency, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Electrical, HVAC, and Handyman teams
• Conduct general building maintenance, including carpentry, painting, ceiling repairs, dry walling, basic masonry, plumbing, tiling, welding, and furniture repairs
• Manage daily administrative tasks: job cards, invoices, delivery notes, and reports
• Handle supplier quotations and site call-outs promptly
• Track and complete all ad-hoc repairs and preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections as per service level agreements (SLA)
• Standby duties as required

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven general building maintenance experience
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, welding, and furniture repairs
• Ability to conduct inspections and perform preventative maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in facilities management is advantageous
