Are you passionate about learning, development, and administration? TALA is looking for a dedicated Learner Development Administrator (LDA) to join the Learner Support Centre (LSC). You’ll play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to ensure the success of the Academy’s training and compliance initiatives.

About TALA

TALA provides training and development services to the dealer network, supporting continuous learning and performance excellence. The Learner Support Centre (LSC) plays a vital role in maintaining compliance with legislative standards and best practice requirements.

As part of this high-performing team, you’ll ensure smooth operations and quality management within the Academy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administration

  • Maintain and update QMS and SOPs.
  • Handle commercial reporting and data management.
  • Manage learner administration systems (prospectus building, learner activations, billing, events, calendars).
  • Support training inventory distribution across BNLE countries.
  • Maintain and update databases efficiently.

2. Customer Service

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Ensure excellent service provider management and adherence to SLAs.
  • Provide timely feedback and maintain positive client relationships.

3. Events Coordination / Facilities

  • Coordinate and track project plan activities.
  • Participate in PDCA improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain SOPs for facilities management.
  • Support learning events and academy-related logistics.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • NQF Level 5 qualification (240 credits or higher) in ETD or related field.
  • Strong background in administration, training coordination, or shared services.
  • Solid understanding of ETD legislation and compliance.
  • Familiarity with TSAM & TALA policies and procedures.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), MS Projects, and SAP/SAP Concur.
